We stayed last weekend. The welcome was very warm. And all the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were fully of character with beautiful furnishing and very comfortable.. our evening meals was amazing. There was a wide range of dishes and everything was cooked to perfection and delicious. Our breakfast was also delicious with local ingredients and homemade bread, black pudding and marmalade. This was our second visit and will be returning. Thank you Jane, Richard and stour lovely staff.
We would heartily recommend the Crown Inn. We are locals who have visited 7 times in the last 3 months. There is always a warm, friendly reception from Jane and her team FOH and superb, imaginative food from Richard. Both the bar and restaurant area and the lovely hidden garden and terrace are comfortable and we have found the different menus to be varied, outstanding quality and great value for money. Thanks, Richard and Jane. The Crown Inn is a huge asset to the village.
The food at this restaurant was absolutely incredible. It is a hidden gem with a rustic setting, a varied a la carte menu, attentive service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Located in the beautiful countryside of Shropshire, the service and location both receive a perfect score of 5. This hotel is highlighted by its luxurious accommodations.

The restaurant is warm and inviting, with a talented chef leading the way in the kitchen. The menu offers a variety of adventurous dishes, as well as classic favorites for those seeking a familiar option. I absolutely adore this place!
