I don't know what has happened to this restaurant. I paid 9 pounds for a burger that came on its own plate without any chips. If it had come without chips, I would have expected the server to ask if I wanted them. The burger only had cheese on it - no salad or sauce. It was mostly inedible and did not taste like meat, with a strange aftertaste. I have had better burgers at McDonald's. The kids meals were okay and the starters had small portions but were also okay. The glasses of coke tasted extremely watered down. It's a shame because a few years ago the food here was amazing. This may be the worst "meal" I have ever had in a restaurant.
I visited this restaurant two weeks ago on a Saturday afternoon at 5pm. I had the pork cheek tostadas which were delicious. My companion ordered a special burger from the menu and we also got a portion of chili cheese chips, which we really enjoyed. The service was good and friendly. For dessert, we had cheesecake which was very nice. My companion was especially happy because they had Tiny Rebel Club Tropica on draft.
I just came back from an amazing meal at this restaurant! We had cheeseburger spring rolls, salt and pepper chicken, and chicken fajitas. Everything was delicious! The salt and pepper chicken was even better than my usual Chinese takeout (which is saying something). I'll definitely be returning to try more dishes.
The food was outstanding, but it is unfortunate that they are no longer serving meals. The cost per person is £30-40. The food quality was rated a 3, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 3.
Fabulous food; so delicious and very generous portions. They cater for vegetarians fantastically; I've never had such a choice when eating out. Great place, great people, great food!
The food at this restaurant was fantastic! We ordered the dipped burger and chips, as well as the fish and chips, and were very impressed by how fresh and delicious everything was.
I visit Delph every Thursday and I can say the food always impresses me. I highly recommend giving it a try, I promise you won't be disappointed.
During our trip to Haydock Races, we had breakfast at this restaurant. The food was great and the staff were excellent. Definitely worth a visit!
