Housed in a former train station, this unique dining venue, that boasts plenty of dark wood, has enough seating options for a 2 person dinner or a baseball team. This restaurant is a little off the beaten path, but well worth the traverse for their food. Not only that, if you are looking for a historic taste of our area, than it is worth your time to try their historic pizza. I ordered takeout, and my dinner was ready on time and packaged well. The customer service on both the phone and in the restaurant was impressive! Unfortunately, I didn't eat my chicken mac and cheese for about 5 hours after picking it up, so it was still cold when I finally had it. However, the incredible aroma hit me as soon as I opened the container! The chicken mac and cheese was like a Christmas feast in my mouth (even cold)! Absolutely incredible food, paired with outstanding service! It’s a breath of fresh air to experience such attentive service—our waitress was fantastic. We visited on Thursday, March 10, 2022, at 2:00 PM, and there were three of us in our party. The dishes exceeded my expectations, and the flavors were extraordinary! I even purchased a bottle of sauce to take home. I ordered the pizza, and it was the best I've ever had in my life—perfectly balanced sauce and cheese, with a light, chewy crust that was simply delicious. Absolutely fantastic! The wings, grilled cheese, wrap, and chicken mac & cheese are all standout items on the menu. While the name "Garbage" might suggest otherwise, the sauces they create are simply delicious. Every time I visit, I find myself choosing one of these delicious options. This place is unique and I recommend everyone in the area to check it!! ALL staff are super attentive and friendly. The drinks were GREAT.... The food was AMAZING! They have a “garbage” and “hot garbage” wing sauce that they make from scratches and add to other things on the menu, it is soooo good . The place is in an old train depot with original train memory and so big story!!! CHECK IT OUT!
Stopped on our way through Oneonta. The staff was extremely courteous. I had chicken wing flatbread and my friend had french dip. We were both very happy with our meals. The also have a nice selection of draft beer. We both had Ithaca Flower Power IPA which is a great IPA in our opinion. A nice restaurant. I will go back with my bride to try other menu items.
Went for lunch seated immediately in back room had a nice lunch. Food came quickly their garbage sauce is delicious great server nice atmosphere clean bathrooms and plenty of parking. Cool old train station restaurant
Very good food, reasonable prices, very clean a very friendly, helpful staff. Historic building that was previously a train station depot so it’s unique. We highly recommend this restaurant. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The food was phenomenal, the atmosphere is very relaxing, and you can hear your friends talking that are right next to you. Highly recommend!
