We had booked elsewhere initially and they hadnt logged the booking and had no room for us.We came to the duck where i always get the best coffee. We were shown to a garden table by a heater lamp by the security man who was very pleasant and was keen to get us a table as we had been let down and it was my birthday .The atmosphere was lovely and the lighting turned down made it the place look lovely and inviting. Big thanks to the amazing team at The Duck, especially Aaron, for making my birthday night out go better than I could have dreamed of! Aaron was attentive from the second we arrived and nothing was too much trouble. We had fab, freshly made cocktails and the Duck's ever-reliable Nachos. I have never ever had a bad night out in this place. There's always a great atmosphere, good music, great DJs and it's very dog friendly too. Best bar for miles around!!

We found this place by accident and were not disappointed it was Thursday rib night a huge portion of ribs corn cob slaw and skinny fries for 10 pounds 50 bargain absolutely scrummy, we also had a few other courses totally over ordered great portion sizes, nice staff and great. Beer I will definitely return

Sunday lunch was excellent. One beef with huge amounts of meat and one nut roast. Was superb. Perfectly cooked veg. Service excellent.
