First time I have been since lockdown in caravan for over a year...not disappointed at all..well organised ...friendly reception by senior and junior members of staff ...relaxed ...Good specials choice and a great menu overall...would like to try it all ! Choice not easy ..crab risotto starters lovely..not a small portion..Sunday roast great portion and no need for that downer where you have to ask for more gravy !.. Nice wainwrights ale ....no room for dessert ! Very enjoyable ...Will be back ..go on treat yourself..go local ...every village should have one so support it
it was a couple of times to eat and a few times just for a drink. honestly, eating absolutely delicious at both occupants can not fail. the employees are very helpful about knowing about courts and giving them time to explain and suggesting decisions that we were really impressed, especially after rushed and incomprehensible lists that have been decorated to us in the cartford a few weeks before. drink a tad expensive, but for the quality of service environment atmosphere and friendly staff they do not. determine you visit when they get the chance
Much better than it used to be. I had a 12oz Rib eye with Parmesan truffle fries pepper sauce. Not as good as I could make at home, but that’s not fair as I have a sous vide make my pepper sauce over 2 days (infusing a pepper stock). Service absolutely outstanding, a few friendly faces and couldn’t fault it to be honest. Warranted a 20% tip which says it all.
Called here with friends after a lovely dog walk nearby. The menu is excellent, and we were attended to by John, a new member of staff. His attitude, and service was impeccable! The food was a delight, we each had a different dish, and each one was perfectly cooked and presented. We would not hesitate to return, quite simply superb.

the new menu is great, many variations and good quality. the personal is always courteous and the manager are really friendly and open and always engaging, the ambiente is excellent and even if the weather is decent they can sit outside and enjoy. all round large place to eat and drink and enjoy with friends and family.
Absolutely loved our meal yet again. The Farmers arms are great, they made us feel welcome, the service led by Claudia was exceptional, the food was delicious and we can't wait to come back again. Good people doing a brilliant job x
absolutely fabulous Christmas day lunch . amazing friendly and helpful staff. eating so good has deleted my plate on every cursor. thank you for remembering our family christmas day meal. will definitely be back.
My favourite place to eat in the area, I love the food, the staff are amazing and will go out of their way to assist you. Don’t hesitate to try this hidden gem.

Had a lovely meal here tonight. Couldn't fault it. Even made me a rum cocktail that wasn't on the menu tonight. Fab!!
