The staff at this restaurant were not friendly at all. My daughter had a complete meltdown and refused to get back into her car seat. After 20 minutes of trying and her becoming very distressed, I decided to walk home with her as we lived nearby and it was the only way to ensure her well-being. This resulted in me leaving my car there for an hour. When I returned to collect it, I was met by a male staff member who was very rude to me. I tried to explain the situation and why I had to leave my car for an hour, but he showed no compassion or understanding. He even parked their company van behind my car and refused to move it, insisting that I had enough room to turn around (which I barely did)...
Stopped here with my mum for a fish and chip lunch, the fish was fried to order, and the cod was the biggest piece that Iv seen for a long time, and also lovely fresh cooked chips. I couldn’t manage them all which is unusual for me!!!!! Staff could have been a bit friendlier but pleasant enough.
Visited this restaurant with my family. It was quite crowded, which is a positive sign. We were served promptly and with a smile by the friendly staff. The food was delicious, as usual, and did not disappoint. We will definitely be returning again soon.
I have tried Jason's fish and chips twice at different locations and once from their shop in Rackheath. Their curry sauce is the best in Norfolk, they never disappoint, and the staff is lovely and friendly. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Went to The Take That concert Carrow Road and had Loaded chips with bbq pulled pork, absolutely delicious,the lady serving was lovely too. Will definitely call into Rackheath when about Norwich .
Cutest little chip van ever, Karla (or Carla) was so friendly and warm. Gorgeous chips and battered sausage for our walk on the beach. Couldn’t recommend enough!
