The staff and chef were unable to accommodate my milk allergy and seemed uncertain about whether their drinks contained milk or not. The chai I ordered was overly watery, and even after asking for it to be fixed, it remained the same. It was quite disappointing, especially since they promote a vegan menu and even the chef seemed unsure about it.

I asked the staff and chef for recommendations to accommodate my dairy allergy, but they were unsure if they had non-dairy milk.
