The Four Candles - Tisch reservieren

Fantastic Wetherspoons branch in Oxford, great location, close to everything in the city. Came in one morning just a few hours before a live music festival a few months back, so was very busy for the typical morning trade, but my breakfast food was delivered quick and was as expected. Cheap and cheerful, can't go wrong. Cleanliness was decent enough, staff didn't look too happy, but I can't really fault them, as it was packed at 9am. I was on my own so couldn't help but overhear the conversations of the typical rude Wetherspoons clientele, so hats off to the staff for sticking it out, still providing good service.

This Wetherspoons location is quite typical, with a familiar menu and beverage selection. It is slightly smaller than other Wetherspoons establishments. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The food is what you would anticipate for the price.

After visiting the Pitt Rivers Museum for a bite to eat and was very impressed. Although small for a 'Spoons it was very clean, the staff was friendly and the food was great. If only more of the chain could be like that. Very recommended.

Superb atmosphere for a proper energetic pub with cheap food and drinks. Just note, the food orders are closed at 10PM but it's open till 11:30 pm. Definitely worth a visit for students and young professionals.

Very clean and tidy pub with security on the door table service fast. Prices fantastic with plenty of food or drinks
