More sun means more patio time. This particular patio is further than where most would travel, though the view is certainly worth visiting. Though shame that the weather didn’t agree with us today. Located by Jericho beach, the drive is far, and the parking lot fee is pricy. So we took advantage of the decent weather and decided to park further away, enjoying our stroll to the Jericho Sailing Centre. We approached hesitantly. The exclusivity of the building, with it being a club with member only restrictions, and its chain gates doesn’t help the restaurant earn walk-in traffic.
A refreshing twist on patio dining that truly delivers. Say goodbye to greasy, uninteresting pub food found elsewhere. I highly recommend the salmon burger, the R and B Red Devil Fish and Chips, or the shareable nachos with friends. Enjoy the sunny beachside view of the city and mountains while sipping on a local brew, a crisp BC wine, or an espresso. The friendly, attentive young staff genuinely care about your experience! Without a doubt, it's the best patio in Vancouver! I've been visiting this spot for over 15 years, and I've always left feeling impressed.
Great patio. Good selection, reasonably priced for Vancouver, food was ok to good.<br/ <br/ What made the evening fabulous was the overall experience. The ambiance is unpretentious, yet I ate dinner basking in sushine on a sun soaked, breezy patio, poised for a spectacular sunset on the water with a beautiful BC mountain backdrop. Normally a bit of a food snob, I didn't even mind that the food was somewhat lacklustre. <br/ <br/ Best of all, I was served the largest ice cream cone outside of the US, so big I was embarrassed. And it was fabulous.
You can find better food and service elsewhere, but what you won’t find anywhere else is a place to eat that 's closer to the beach and with better views of the ocean, downtown, and the mountains. The view is absolutely stunning, and the staff are friendly, efficient, and helpful! I love the new additions to the menu, especially the fish tacos, blackened salmon, and the delightful white sangrias!
Everything about this place is wonderful food with local. seasonal ingredients, local craft brews and the view is spectacular
I would say this patio offers the best view in all of Vancouver! The food is fantastic, and the staff are really friendly.
