Having moved to the Lisbon area from the states there are times that I get's a real hankering for true BB-Q. Well, this is the place! The brisket which is pampered with 12 hours of smoking is so tender it melts in your mouth with such great flavor (and that's even before you add their excellent sauce). And that house sauce... it, strikes a great balance of earthy Texas style BB-Q flavors, while giving a nod to the more sweet tones of the deep south. Personally my advice, take the sauce up a notch and try the spicy. It is not over the top with a nice mellow, peppery burn that enhances the whole affair just enough that one of their well-matched crisp beers on tap washes it back perfect every t...
After been out of our beloved Texas for a few years now, we were craving some good, finger likin’g bbq food. And The Garage delivered! Delicious ribs, pulled pork and yummy bbq beans! We went during brunch time and our daughter had their corn pancakes, and OMG! Delicious! Definitely going back! Also, excellent selection of craft beers!
We were greeted with a warm smile and bend over backwards service. The Garage Smokehouse BBQ is full of character and charm. It was our first visit yet we were treated like old friends. If you are looking for a true taste of Americana barbecue then you need to look no further. Meat cooked to perfection. We will be back soon!

It's a friendly place where you will be well served will delicious food in generous portions. Great music if you are sitting inside and good view of you are on the sidewalk.
