After a day filled with activities, I made a reservation at Briars for dinner. The staff were attentive and displayed a great knowledge of the menu and its ingredients. The menu is concise, yet offers a solid variety of dishes, all of which were of excellent quality. We shared several small plates that were full of flavor, and the desserts were delightful. I am more than happy to recommend a visit to Briars. A big thank you to both the front-of-house and kitchen staff; I thoroughly enjoyed my experience there.
This is a delightful dinner destination if you find yourself at the Bay and are looking for a more upscale experience. The menu was intriguing, featuring a variety of excellent choices (we particularly enjoyed the pork schnitzel and the ricotta gnocchi, topped off with a crème brûlée for dessert). Although there was a sizable group present during our visit, the staff ensured we didn't feel overlooked at all!

Had a Devonshire tea. Scones where so fresh. Has moved into their new section which has indoor or covered outdoor eating.

Love the birds always feeling so at home here and we are visiting. Great food and coffee too along with friendly service!
