This is such a quaint little spot to buy and browse with a variety of gourmet food items and beverages including alcohol. I had frequented the Owings Mill location before and well as the former gourmet market in Pikesville before the arrival of GG. The dine-in area (indoor) sits past the cashiers and has all the ambience you need to enjoy your experience at Gourmet Girls. Even my husband wouldn't mind coming back.
This used to be one of our favorite spots, but the past few visits to pick up orders have been less quality. The breakfast platter I usually get now contains less meat. I ordered eggs soft scrambled and got a brown colored egg that looked like it was fried in old grease. No fruit included with my platter on the last visit. The quality and service have gone downhill as of fall 2023.
The salad bar is ridiculously good. Love to get a bit of varieties and this does the trick. Sandwiches and breads are fantastic and great quality. My only wish is you could get patty melt during the day. Once I saw that was a menu option you had me at Patty Melt! So glad you are here in the neighborhood. Beer selection is great too.
I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch at GG . My Mom and her 7 friends go there once a week for breakfast; and she thought my husband and I would enjoy it. Well, Mom was right! We made reservations 4 weeks in advance. But as of two weeks ago they stopped serving dinner! No notice. No call. Nothing. Our party of friends had all traveled to meet here, and had to make alternate plans on a Saturday evening. We chose Jumbo Seafood Chinese Restaurant, and very glad we did!
This small market and deli has a nice selection of prepared foods and beer/wine. The deli offerings for breakfast and lunch are top notch. There's a small eating area to sit down to have your meal. Breakfast is on point and the deli sandwiches are incredible. Great selection on menu.
I love, love, love The Gourmet Girls! I really can't express how much I love the food, the staff and the cuteness of the store. It's excellent. I will be a returning customer over and over again. Keep up the great work and thank you for the service you provide. Just awesome.
We had a Surprise Birthday Luncheon for my Mom today. It was spectacular. The food, service and ambiance was spectacular. I need more stars to adequately rate Gourmet Girls. We ordered catering for My wife and I's business holiday party. Gourmet Girls did a fantastic job! They developed a great menu and the food was a hit. Ordering from them made the prep work so easy for us. From one Pikesville small business to another Thank you!
