After I rated this place 1 star they replied and asked me to email them details about my experience. I did as they requested but they never replied so I am posting what I sent in the email here. We visited the River Edge, NJ location on December 30th. I ordered online and went inside when they said the food would be ready. The cashier told me my order (1 patty melt, 1 burger and an order of onion rings) would be ready in a few minutes. Fifteen minutes later I was still waiting. The burgers were ready and sitting there for most of this time. Apparently, the order of onion rings was holding things up. Eventually, an order of onion rings was brought out but the employee packing the orders said...
Usually have a good experience at this place. Burgers are really solid for the price. Full transparency, this could be a grubhub issue and not the restaurant, but unfortunately I cannot rate on GH. Ordered a simple meal on grubhub that was supposed to be delivered within 25 mins. After 40 mins go by i check that the driver had not even left the store with my order. An hour and 15 minutes from my order was placed I get a message that my order was delivered; cool, walk down to the door to get it and no food is there. I contact the driver and come to find out that my order was canceled because there was an issue between the driver and the store so I didn't get my food. Poor communication skills...
I went to the restaurant with a friend and ordered two burgers. For some reason, each burger was served at different times. I specifically requested that both burgers be brought out together since we wanted to eat them at the same time. One burger arrived, and I had to wait for the second one. When I told the staff that the burger on the counter was getting cold, they simply threw it in the garbage and informed me that two new burgers would be out soon—no apology or explanation given. Eventually, the two new burgers arrived, but still, there was no acknowledgment of the earlier issues. The staff here was incredibly friendly, and the manager was particularly pleasant and helpful. I dined in for lunch, and the price per person ranged from $10 to $20. I would rate the food a solid 4, as well as the service and atmosphere, both of which also received a score of 4. I highly recommend trying the French fries, onion rings, peppers, char burger with fries, salad, charburger with cheese, and the double char.

This is the second time that they leave ingredients from salad as if people do not notice. I have the Santa Barbara Cobb salad and there was no blue cheese or bacon crumbs. I mean, it was a chip of egg and tomatoes with a small doll avocado and a thin sliced dried chicken breast. The quality has gone down and she? re tried to trick you out of ingredients.
