Apparently they couldn't find our booking, was like a big effort to find us a table, the pub was half empty and no one came to eat after us, so that the drama didn't understand. it was said that someone would be over to take our drink...order, after we went to the bar for about 30 minutes to order them themselves and one of the 4 bar-stove chatters took our order, we waited another 30 minutes and I urgently had to get a waitress attention to say we were ready to order. the pub and the food were cold! I think maybe they should reconsider the entire table service and let the people order the bar because the service was appalling, but the waitress was very friendly

The restaurant has a great location, but the service was lacking. I waited 17 minutes just to be served, and was told that the staff sometimes lose track of orders placed through the McMullen app, so I wouldn't recommend using it.Overall, the experience felt impersonal and left much to be desired.

I've been recently for a dinner and then again yesterday for some lunch. The food is really lovely and with an offer of buy one get one free on main meals, its really good value for money. Staff have always been friendly and attentive. Thank...you

a very friendly pub with a 2-4-1 menu, and if you are alone, you will get a voucher to use within 7 days. beautiful pub, beautiful beer, nice eating, excellent staff and a bundle friendly enough regular

The food we ordered seemed to be prepackaged and reheated, not very good at all. The buy one get one free offer had very limited choices. There are much better lunchtime options available elsewhere.
