The management of a restaurant can really influence your experience! During my visit to this HBH on a busy Friday before Easter, I was welcomed by friendly and attentive staff. When it was my turn to be served, I received a warm smile and excellent support to meet all my holiday needs. They had plenty of sliced ham available for those not wanting to cook a big meal, as well as take-out options for anyone looking for lunch. From now on, the east side location will be my go-to spot! Thank you to the team for the fantastic service!
We had purchased a ham and had an issue with it, called the store, and the staff and management went above and beyond and handle the situation They all were super nice super friendly they did not argue they did not debate. They handled the situation very professionally and diligently. Even got a pre-sandwich for doing a survey for them
The crew at this location are the absolutely best!! I experienced the best customer service and watched the women working there go above and beyond with every customer in line! Highly recommend stopping in for a fresh sandwich! They were all very knowledgeable about the different varieties of ham/turkey and other items they offer.

Wow! The staff here is exceptionally friendly and attentive! The food is outstanding, and the restrooms are spotless. The atmosphere is delightful for dining. It's definitely a great place for a delicious sandwich!
I truly love this restaurant! Every sandwich I've tried has been outstanding, though I can't speak to any other dishes on the menu. It is a bit on the pricey side, but I think it's worth every cent.
This is an excellent Honey Baked Ham Company. It is well stocked and they do a great job with service. Everything we have ever purchased has been fresh, including the boxed desserts.
