I ate at this pub with friends and played trivia too! We had a great night!We ordered our food, which took a while to come. Not sure why it took so long. But when it arrived, the food was tasty, fresh and really delicious! Photos show the lamb shank pie, beef pie and the chicken and garlic prawns meals. A few of us had the chicken. It was all lovely!The service was good too!We enjoyed the trivia and had a fun night. When I'm in Emerald next, Ill be eating here again for sure!
On a stopover in Emerald I was surprised to find this authentic looking Irish pub which serves Guinness on tap and a wide selection of food. Absolutely amazed at the variety on the menu and the quality of the food and service. Must be the best place in emerald to enjoy a nice dinner and an evening of entertainment (my visit was on a Sunday night and live entertainment was on from 8:30 pm for free.
A relaxing place to enjoy a meal and a drink or two... the front bar is quaint in the Irish and English style... the back bar a great place if you have young children. I have enjoyed 5 or 6 meals here during last three months - and on each occasion the food has been well-presented, served quickly - and delicious!
We wandered into the Irish Village Restaurant to have a look and found it very quaint. Large area, with little nooks and crannies everywhere. Cam back for dinner and had a great beef and Guinness pie each. Yum! There was a lovely female singer the first night and we thoroughly enjoyed her laid back music. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Ordered steak, med rare, came med- well done. Flat, thinker steak I have had in a restaurant / pub. Very few Vegetables. Ate the whole meal in about 7 mouthfuls. Takes around us also having issues. Complained and waitress suggested they had troubles all night.
We often stop here for a meal because it is good old fashioned food, with desert and coffee available as well as drinks. We have always found the service great and there are lots of private spots to eat if you want a bit of privacy
Service was great but the food was just outstanding. Particularly the Salt n Peeper squid, Lamb Shank and the Steak. Cooked to perfection. Get in there and support our regional areas.
A great place to spend a Friday night. Good food Steak was perfectly cooked. Live entertainment appealed to the wide audience there. Highly recommend for a good night out. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
We found this fantastic pub on a road trip. Very warm and welcoming, staff were friendly and the meal was delicious We even entered in a trivia night and won !!
