The Irving Inn Wine House

visit the performing arts center I found this restaurant and liked the reviews. I had great hopes for this place, but it was a Noooo Gooo. When we arrived, there was a 20-minute waiting time. we wanted to be available first (in or outside) while we waited, we sat on the bar and ordered drinks. none of the drinks was good. they were pretty, but very weak and not tasteful. I wanted to add grenadine, but they had none. we waited our time and sat outside. I ordered the socially dry burger. I didn't want any pommes and asked for an alternative like veggies, but they had no, so I got kartoffeln. also ordered were the sriracha wings, lobster tacos, garnelen and spargel pasta, and the irving dry old...

Tried this place a few times, drinks mainly, food twice. Drinks are interesting considering the area, good specialty cocktails if that's your thing. Food is ok, trying to be different but missing something. I tried to like this place as a chill low key bar. But the bartenders don't have the best of personalities, staff isn't very attentive and overall they seem to be more interested in congregating amongst themselves in the corner then actually providing service. This doesn't go for everyone. The place is missing a solid vibe, atmosphere that most people go out for. Haven't been in awhile, maybe we'll try again.

Don't eat after my taste. no taste. Drinks were okay, I wouldn't order anyone else. indoor and outdoor area for feeding (plus barbecue.) a person? bathroom lock broken. parking space around the corner (park deck) less than 1 min away.

the place for downtown fun! large community plates and custom cocktails. also beautiful outdoor terrace. Don't miss them and they're bartenders?
