Oh. My. God. The best burger ever!!!! Dont often post, but really felt the need tonight Been coming to The Kentish occassionally while in Adelaide for work, never tried The Kentish Burger....till tonight. As a diner from Melbourne, i have had a burger here and there with the craze taking over the city. But this is hands down, THE best burger i have eaten. Poor service If you go here remembering a good pub you will be disappointed Rude manager who took complaints from us as aggression and whose answer to the complaints was this is the first I know about it so what could I do We waited an hour and a half for food. One person ordered an entree size meal that came out well before the other meals even though we requested our meals come at the same time Then there was schnitzel. The big wait was for tacos three corn tortillas topped with a bit of beef and salad. 1 1/2 hours?? came here because it was in the entertainment brochure. very beautiful platelet and balanced aromen for my court. I wish it was a bit bigger for $35, but since I got 25%, it was worth more. my friends got the steak and carving, and it was a normal big part, so the portions of the meal they choose. the food didn't take too long to arrive and the decoration of the wine house has a great ambiente. not big on wein, so can not comment on the extensive wein menu. would come back, but only with entertainment book voucher.
the personal was great! every single. nice to see professional staff and non-apathic teenagers in the time between university lectures. great to see a pub menu where everything was not by a deep frit. Indian lambs were fantastic! dumplings were good. everything was really good. beautiful wine card. beautiful decoration, no dazzling headlights in their face or cheap green flickering fluorescent lamps. bravo!
