The place looks fantastic, they have done an amazing job! My experience: There were two people at reception, one who told us where we were seated and I somehow thought the other could have walked us to the table. We found our table and asked one of the waitresses where we could find a menu, she responded “there should be one on the table there wasn’t) but you can get it from the bar” we were sitting opposite the bar surely she could of handed one to us? I asked how do we order and she stated at the bar. We waited a while for our food which eventually came…mine first which was the steak I asked for it to be mediums rare it was a little over) but delicious! I would have preferred veggies inste...
During my recent visit to the restaurant, I found it to be quite crowded. Unfortunately, the electronic food ordering system was down at every table, which forced customers to order food only from the bar. To make matters worse, there was only one person working at the inside bar, while three staff members were at the outside bar. At 8 PM, we were informed that all our food orders would take an hour to be delivered. Frustrated, we chose to leave and find somewhere else to eat. The restaurant really needs to address these issues to prevent them from becoming a recurring problem.
During my visit to The Keys, the restaurant was bustling with customers. Unfortunately, the bar code food ordering system at each table failed, leaving patrons with no choice but to place their orders at the bar. To make matters worse, there was only one employee working at the inside bar, while three were serving at the outside bar. We were informed that any food orders placed after 8 PM would take an hour to arrive, so we decided to leave and dine elsewhere. The Keys really needs to address this issue to prevent it from happening regularly.
I enjoyed the entire experience from start to finish. It’s a fantastic place to spend time with my family and have a good laugh. We will definitely return. P.S. The staff were all incredibly friendly. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Amazing atmosphere! The whole space was really cosy and chic. Really fun night and it was a great selection of food and drink!! The staff were bubbly and friendly and made us feel at home.
Over all a great place, really need to work on their customer service skills though and relook at their pricing structure overall. Couldn’t justify $40 pp per game of bowling either
to finish all the experience for the beginning. such a great place to hang with my family for a salmon bowl. we're coming back. P.S. all the employees were so friendly.
