This is a lovely, well-maintained pub that embodies the charm of a traditional country establishment. It offers a great selection of authentic ales and features cozy, separate rooms rather than the spacious, open layout found in many American pubs. Plus, there's ample parking available. We highly recommend a visit!

Very friendly local pub, several real fires going through the colder months and very reasonable prices. A little dated but as a historical building it does add to the charm.

Family has been going for years for party's and the staff and management are well manned and price's are fair for beer and fizzy drinks.
