"Thank you so much, Nicola. We were looking for a change from the Chequers, so we decided to try the Kings Head. The service was fantastic, the menu was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. The only downside was that the portion sizes were huge! It's great to see the restaurant open again. The new owners have clearly invested a lot of money into making the place as nice as it is now."

Was für ein fantastisches Pub das ist, meine Frau und ich beschlossen, hier auf unserer Reise von Wales nach Oxfordshire zu Mittag zu essen. Es wäre leicht, es zu passieren, da das äußere Erscheinungsbild ein bisschen läuft, aber einst in der Geschichte ist Sehr unterschiedlich, sauberes helles Dekor an der Bar- und Restarrast-Gebiete, extrem höfliches und hilfsbereites Bar-Mitarbeiter und das Essen ist hervorragend und ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, können die heißen gefüllten Rollen empfehlen, das tolles Mittagessen, ein tolles Bier, wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder anrufen

This pub is absolutely fantastic! My wife and I stopped here for lunch on our journey from Wales to Oxfordshire. At first glance, it may seem unassuming from the outside, but once inside, the experience is completely different. The bar and restaurant areas are clean and brightly decorated, the bar staff are extremely polite and helpful, and the food is delicious and reasonably priced. We highly recommend trying the hot filled rolls for lunch, paired with a great selection of beers. We will definitely be returning in the future.
