This pub is a great part of the Byfords empire. Last week they had 9 real ales available, all of which were very enjoyable. On Tuesdays and Fridays at 5pm, they offer free sausages at the bar. While they also have a steak night, which can be a bit pricey, this pub is mainly for enjoying a drink and conversation. They offer traditional pub games and if you're unsure about which ale to choose, they are happy to offer you a taster. The toilets are also clean.
Food & Drinks: From the moment my family and I walked into the restaurant, we felt warmly welcomed and relaxed. The gentleman who served us was attentive and clearly experienced. The food was delicious and we all left feeling happy and full (the pork dish was particularly outstanding). We will definitely be coming back and we appreciate the excellent service we received from everyone. Thank you!
We were recommended to have dinner at this restaurant by my parents while we were visiting North Norfolk for a few days. The food was excellent, although my husband was too busy enjoying his prawn starter to talk. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. It was a bonus that they welcome dogs. Thank you, Kings Head, for a great dining experience.
The juicy pork dish with a delicious sauce and sweet accompaniment was thick and tasty. The restaurant is completely dog-friendly, providing fresh water for furry friends like Cassie and even offering a separate dish for them. We come to this restaurant often for the amazing food, especially the delicious burgers. The staff is very friendly and they are super dog-friendly. The food and drinks are always delicious and served quickly. Overall, it is a great value for a hotel experience.
