The drinks and apps (pho dumplings and Brussel sprouts were good. We received our food in shifts- all of the food didn?t come out at once. The main courses were kind of underwhelming. We had both types of bao buns (The pork belly seemed tired and could have used a sauce. , the marrow tacos (They were so oily that they dripped all over the table and us. , and the truffle fries (Probably the best ?main? that came out, but the dipping sauce is mayo, so it?s very heavy. . The Leadmine Whiskey Bar and Kitchen was a surprising find in Pinehurst, NC. This place was packed and it is common to see a 40+ minute wait. The reason is because the food and drinks are out of this world. From crispy Brussel sprouts with spicy mustard and succulent duck wings to a Nashville hot chicken bao bun; the menu is diverse, fresh, and bursting with flavor. I personally enjoyed the Ribeye Bulgogi Bibibap. The drink menu was vast and the speciality cocktails were made with a lot of care and technique. If you are in Pinehurst, definitely check this place out. But get there early because Leadmine is popular.
This place is fantastic! We came with a party between 13-15 people on a Saturday evening without previous reservations, less than an hour before closing. They expected them to be turned away (and rightly), they agreed to put us outside the different tables and couches. The food was delicious and prompt, and the drinks were impeccable. Even better was the service, and Wanda, our server and the various runners who brought out our meals were so friendly and thorough. Will be absolutely back!
The vibe of this place is pretty cool. Sadly our burgers were half cooked and were more then just ?rare?. When we showed staff she said something along the lines of ?well this is the end of the night?. Not acceptable. Showing the cook at the very least would have been the right thing to do. As someone who?s worked in food service for many years? there are better ways to rectify the situation. After all the money we spent there too. Really cute place though !
The food was not very good. Definitely overpriced for what you get. I’ve had better meals at McDonald’s. The service was also something that was poor. We waited forever for someone to come to our table, and when someone finally did, they were incredibly rude as if we were an inconvenience. The ambiance was pretty bad. It was not a very welcoming environment. I would not recommend this place.

Had an early dinner here and I never get tired of this place! Not pictured are the wonderfully delicious drinks we enjoyed with dumplings, bao buns, and crispy delicious Brussels sprouts. Just a great experience every time.
Jesse was so amazing! he gave great recommendations and the food was amazing. Everyone was so personable and it is a great vibey spot!
At 2/18/2022 for dinner. Had a great time last year, so we were excited to come back. The place was closed at the door without a sign.
