The food was home made and cooked to perfection. The prices were extremely good. We had the Marie rose prawn baguette, side salad with chips, the bacon and cheese quiche with salad and chips, the meat and potato pie, gravy and chips. All great value for money.
Lively pub in Maryport. Staff helpful and friendly. Beer garden is more of a back yard really with a few tub plants and benches. But it seemed to be a great sun trap and very secure for kiddies.
The life boat never fails food is great great portion size never had a bad meal there staff are friendly can't do enough for you.
Just what you'd expect from a pub! Real ales in tip top condition, good food bar snacks, friendly staff, thoroughly enjoyable.
