This place is narrow and is in the middle of the shopping street on The Parramatta side of the street. It is quite dark from the front and you wouldn't know it was open except for a sign out the front and you can see some lights inside.What a surprise inside. Very dark and trendy and a new place. It is perhaps a little too dark during the day. There were several people in the kitchen and some looked Thai. Maybe that is why the food is just superb. You can even order 1 of each on the appetiser section of the menu so we ordered curry puffs, spring rolls and chicken sates. They were all just beautiful and the dipping sauce and sate sauce were great too. We were so impressed that we ordered more...
I usually stick to my favorite Thai restaurant, but decided to try Lime Kitchen based on a friend's recommendation. The atmosphere at Lime Kitchen is pleasant - quiet, clean, and welcoming. The food came out quickly, with no long waiting times. I ordered fried rice with chicken and beef, which tasted delicious and had a good portion of both meats. I also ordered fried chicken, but was disappointed as it was bland and the coating was not thick enough. The spring rolls were enjoyable, as expected. Overall, my experience at Lime Kitchen was good. While it may not be the best Thai food I've ever had, I would definitely consider returning in the future.
Food was not nice. My pad see yew was way too sweet, so was my friend's pad Thai. service was the worst part of our experience. The waitress taking our order was very blunt. We asked for no syrup in one of the mocktails, when we received them we asked whether or not she put syrup, she said "oh I forgot to mention that", literally put the drinks on our table and left, without an apology. I don't recommend this place. There are many other fantastic Thai restaurants.
The Lime Kitchen is a great little find in the middle of Granville. Fantastic full flavour Thai food with a good menu selection. Dropped in for lunch and found the service to be above standard. A nice touch is the rear balcony al fresco dining area. This restaurant is a great addition to the Granville dining scene and makes a nice change from chicken or pizza.

Had dinner here a few nights ago, and was very happy with the overall dining experience. The restaurant is small but offers a cosy feel with nice wooden furnishings inside. Service was great, we were checked on a few times and the food was delicious with generous serving sizes. Will definitely be back.
Fantastic Thai food experienced. Fresh and full of flavor. Very cozy and warm feelings. Very similar to Nando's style. Only negative is the staffs. They aren't welcoming or friendly. Apart from that it's a must try for the food lovers.

I like their flavours for a modern thai resturant....but their portions are smaller thsn other thai places considering the cost is a littlr higher.
