The Little Fisherman

I'm from Yorkshire, so I feel like I know a little about fish and fries and there are some very good ones around here, but these are the best, no doubt. Cooked perfectly, fresh, hot and crispy, I have never had a bad business and, more importantly, it is a good size portion, without a huge mass layer or flaccid chip stacks. You can't sit here, but, of course, the best way to eat them is directly from the tray, not sniffing in a folded box. Check the schedules as it is not open until late, and the parking lot is on the long way out. Often it is a tail, this is, rightly, a popular place to satisfy your need for fish and fries.

After a few good reviews from friends,i decided to try this fish shop. Upon entering the shop during my long extremely warm shift as a healthcare worker,i was looked up and down by the female server and then she looked away disgusted. I ordered my fish chips with her,she did not say a word to me (extremely rude customer service) she took my money and stormed off into the back. I was served my fish chips and i left feeling less than amused. The actual fish was ok but the chips were seriously undercooked. I will not be returning again

Thought I would just let everybody know that the food is still as excellent as ever and in this covid era they have got an excellent protection screen in place between staff and customers, they only allow one customer in at a time which also enhances customer and staff safety. Well done, will continue to enjoy our favourite take away meal of Fish'n'Chips from here for hopefully a long time to come.

I never knew you were on Tripadvisor! Fantastic traditional and best cheap fish in Yeadon! I always try to get a special if you are not queueing outside the door!The staff is friendly and give good customer service! I drive for many other fish shops and fries to get here. Low prices and fish and top quality fries. If you're hungry or have a big appetite, ask for a special. All cooked in butter. The efficient and friendly staff always serves good food.

Myself and my husband come to this little fish and chip shop has this local little business needs to keep going and the fish and chips are lovely and good value for money and we need to make sure little business stay around.

Called in for fish n chips on way home . Have eaten from here before and will continue to do so. Quality fish n chips at sensible prices unlike some other establishments in yeadon!

Nice food which is not overpriced. Worth queing for : Wish that they opened later. They close at 9.00pm....used to be 11.30 pm for fish and chips to close when I was younger. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

The Little Fisherman Yeadon is a fantastic place to get fresh fish and chips. Parking outside can be difficult but the fish and chips are well worth it.

Best fish and chips in the area, and reasonable priced as well. Queues outside most of the time are testament to this.
