The food was of an excellent standard for all three courses served and the ambience within the Lobby was also excellent. The only negative was that the waiter seemed to be in a bit of a rush towards the end of the meal clearing two main course plates before the the third person in our party had finished eating. Also the tables were being laid for breakfast while diners were still eating. Not the way to do things in any restaurant but especially not in a hotel of such standing. Although this would not stop me returning I do think that the management team need to look at this as it gives the distinct impression that customers are in the way!!
Phenomenal food and dining experience. I was not in a hurry and it was a laid back experience that I loved. I had the mushroom/truffle/poach egg appetizer that was incredible followed by a delicious Pho with shrimp and beef. for desert the strawberry rhubarb crumble was excellent. Service was wonderful.
Great food! I’m a regular at the lobby since forever. Lobster linguine and salmon dish was great. Dessert was good too. I wish they were little more attentive on in general service. I had to consistently find someone for more water or more coffee, fruit flies etc.. I really do hope so.
The Lobby is a great place. Service and staff are excellent. The food is scrumptious and everyone goes out of their way to make your meal great. We always come to the Lobby for special occasions. Can't imagine going anywhere else. The whole package is wonderful.
This place is always magical….great food, family like staff, and amazing memories that last forever. My favorite place to dine in the city!!!
My beloved club sandwich is now 28! Yikes! The worst of it is that there was probably 2 small strips of bacon on it. Really skimpy for the
Luis our service is phenomenal. Food is fantastic and ambiance is really great. Happy to dine in there.
