Second time we visited primarily because our first experience was a good one. Good location whether you're in the Rocks or in the City. Small-ish venue but what that means is good food you don't wait too long for and good service. We were a family of 5 on a Saturday evening this time and enjoyed everything we had including our youngest fussy eater(!) Prices are genuinely mid range but good value, we left properly full. Menu has items that change monthly as well as a list of regulars. I had pizza (for the second time here and the second time in 2 days but only because they were so good last time!!!) Super thin crust, super crispy and generous toppings.
Ate here this evening with my family. We had mains only plus a bottle of wine. The service was very good and friendly. The food quality seems fair and of the four of us who ate two felt that a score of 4 would be right. Whilst two others felt that 3 would be more fair. This would given an overall average of 3.5 - which seems about right.The ambience is good and the restaurant is busy and popular. However the quality of the food was not particularly special or fantastic. Additionally the restaurant is quite expensive for what it is. This accounts for the overall rating. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Imaginative menu with something for everyone, and an inexpensive wine list compared to other places. The serving staff were friendly and the food was perfectly prepared, cooked and served. We were staying across the road on Agar Steps and this was local, but we only were able to go once because the restaurant is closed on a Sunday and Monday.Were we to return to Sydney we would certainly return.
Easily booked this restaurant for Friday Lunch online.Staff were very friendly and accommodating - we were seated in the sunshine as requested.We selected the lunch wine special which was a great value, a margarita pizza and the prawn + chorizo pasta.Overall the experience was great - a really enjoyable Friday lunch and great to way finish the working week - highly reccommended :)

Whilst this may be a favorite for the local businesspersons during lunch, it served some great food at reasonable prices. We had ordered Mixed Skewers and found that to be very well presented with great taste and a professional service. Certainly worth a visit again. The Pizzas also looked great.
Was running late, had missed having a dinner reservation, so phoned in a takeaway order. Arrived, the place was humming, yet friendly. Clearly popular amongst the locals, food was great and I look forward to returning and having table service!
We were in a rush to get to the evening show at the observatory and dropped in. The staff were super friendly and the food was great. I enjoyed the brisket and my wife had the seafood risotto.
We tend to choose our restaurants based on cravings, which make expectations sometimes a cause for disappointment This fantastic little Italian
