This restaurant never disappoints. The food was excellent, matched by the attentive service. We met up with friends and shared the vegetarian feast. So often we go to restaurants and my vegetarian husband gets the short end of the stick, not this evening. We all thoroughly enjoyed the selection of dishes and scoffed the lot! A definite must every time we visit Bournemouth. Child friendly and reasonably priced.
Ordered our first takeaway from here. Used the special offer where we could pick a dish free. We choose the chicken chow mein. With the offer we paid £40 for a total of 6 dishes. Not cheap, but a lot cheaper than yumm tumms which charged £53 for 5 dishes for takeaway We found the food generally good (Its better than yumm tumms) but both had to drink water in the night due to the salt content of the meal.
I'm so happy to have found this lovely place I'd almost given up trying to find somewhere near me that does quality food. Arrived on time nicely packaged food was so tasty from the meat dishes to the vegetarian dishes. I would say more sauce please for the sweet and sour chicken balls not a complaint at all it was really good. Portion sizes are good very pleased thank you
Used to go to this place regularly but haven’t been since Covid struck. It was the best in town. Tried it again last night and we were very disappointed. The chicken was tough. The crispy duck was very dry and not crispy. We had enough spring onion and cucumber for one pancake even though there were 6 pancakes. The katsu chicken had soft skin on it. Say no more. Spot on restaurant, food always cooked perfectly across all dishes in 7 years haven't had a bad meal. The service has just the right amount of attention, always makes sure you have everything you want with out feeling rushed. Excellently managed to be able to achieve this standard. Hopefully open one up in Wimborne.
Had a nice experience here last night and the food was lovely. Would've given 5 stars but this restaurant doesn't take negative feedback in a professional manner having read some of the other reviews, which would suggest that if there is an issue for whatever reason, they don't care.
This restaurant was recommended by someone else, and was glad we went the food was beautiful, staff were great, if there was one thing it was I felt a bit rushed as soon as you put your cutlery down, they were clearing the plates, we were in and out within the hour, for 2 courses.
We recently had a holiday break in Bournemouth. The food and service were fantastic. When we go out for a meal, we don't normally have a Chinese meal.
