Honestly, this place literally set the bar on dining lol don't judge me. Hear me out!I took my hubby and kid's here for father's day. Let me tell you, SLAMMING! Everything was just so delicious and the customer freaking service was amazing!!!! Sweet girls in the front and respectful too. Between the food and the service, the price didn't matter lol. We've since been there 1 other time and same experience. I can't wait to visit here more often and spend my money lol.Oh, the pinball machines are so nostalgic ??? we loved them too!!!Kid-friendliness: Definitely had great kid-friendly options, but my kid's eat like adults (9 and 10 years old), so we ordered regular meals for them!
So, I don't have a picture of the truffle honey grilled cheese because I literally inhaled it both times that I've ordered it. The ease of ordering and then getting texts when your food is ready is phenomenal. This is one of the best sandwiches I've had in a while. A good mix of the earthiness from the truffles and sweetness from the honey. They also have a loyalty program, which I just signed up for. All in all, this is a good establishment for Rockaway to have. Finally paused enough to take a picture of this marvelous creation!!!
One of the best Burger places on the Rockaways. Good place to eat a bite after swimming or surfing for a few hours. In best location, 1 block from the beach and 1 block from the beach 116th Street Shuttle station. I had the Fish Sandwich Special for $15, the Rocka-Philly Chase Steak for $16. Buffalo Chicken Empanada Special for $8 and Chocolate Soft Serve with wrinkles for $4. I enjoy it and would definitely stop at noon as I will be on the beach the most summer.
Delicious food. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and high quality. Burger was made as requested. It was juicy and flavorful. Onion rings were crispy and came with a tasty dipping sauce. If you are on a budget, this isn?t the place for you. It is pricy. About $25 for an amazing burger, fries and onion rings. Also, if you plan on ordering, it?s easy to do so online, but they open a little later than other local places do. Check it out.
Top notch service. Excellent food. I got the Mr. Crunch chicken sandwich and it was so juicy and amazing. Shared some chipwrecked fries which were equally as good. Had a slushy which was tasty and sampled the crack pb&j bar which was great for a nice little lunch dessert. Cannot stress enough how friendly the employees all were. This place is a 5 star gem!!
I love the Veggie burgers and onion rings. My daughter made a happy dance after her homeburger's dinner. The price is a little high to get out, but the quality is good. The food is good, but I would order again and recommend others to try it.
I really enjoyed my The Beast burger here. The place is nice, clean with simple decor. Can 't wait to go back and try some of the other burgers and chicken sandwiches.
Highly recommended, We really enjoy our time here. The meat quality is extremely great. Our server Maggie was incredibly friendly. We will be here again for sure!
