I chose the Melting Pot-Sporn of the moment as “Treat” for the last holiday day of my mother-in-law with us. It was the perfect decision. All about our visit was excellent, from the fun half moon stand to the excellent friendly service we received from Anthony to the quality of the food. It was one of the most relaxed and pleasant dinner outings I had in a long time. I can't wait to go back and have the Caesar salad again, probably the best I ever had. And once again kudos to Anthony for excellent service recommendations we will definitely request him next time!
Six women who can eat and Anthony our server was so patient with our demands at Endless Fondue Night. It was delicious and fun. We ordered a combination of broth and griddle and definitely recommend going in a small group so that you can order different broths. I definitely recommend one griddle on the table. This is my first experience at The Melting Pot and the service made all the difference. I cannot praise our server Anthony enough for making it a fantastic experience!
I planned this dinner for an experience for our 5 years anniversary. It was such a blessing that the view of cataract falls! I've been a server for years and was very impressed by our server. Our experience was exceptional with food and experience, but it would not have been so unforgettable without the phenomenal service of Jordan! She was personal and really interested to go the additional step to make our anniversary unforgettable! My husband said we're coming back!
Recently I took my wife to the Melting Pot for her birthday. It was both of our first times to visiting the Melting Pot and we loved it!! Larry, our server, was very personable, professional attentive. He was only on his second day and he was wonderful. We lived his enthusiasm and how he explained what everything was so we didn't feel out of place. We will definitely back and a big reason for that is how our first experience was. Had a phenomenal experience today, thanks to our server Sarah! She met all our crazy enquiries and she really seemed to enjoy her job that made the experience even better for us. After we haven't had so good experiences with old management in the past, our expectations are back to the usual high. Excellent food and service!
My friend brought me here for my birthday. We have the bigger dinner with all four courses, both of which had a drink from the bar. Everything was so good that it was such a fun experience! It's a little expensive (our was almost $200 by tip) but if you plan for it, it's good. Will definitely come back!
We had the best date night ever!!! Dominic (sp) in the bar was awesome. We will be back and we will definitely ask for him. He deserves a raise or bonus. So good to see a person that still knows what good customer service is all about. And our food was great as well. Can't wait to come back!!!
Cantrell was very nice and friendly to us. We got the cheddar and pure dark chocolate fondue and it was delicious. The meal was surprisingly filling and it was amazing. They also had many drink options. This was my first time eating fondue and it was great experience. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Took my wife here for her b-day. Set reservations so we walked right in. Added roses and chocolate covered strawberries to our order. Fantastic food. Atmosphere was great. Come SUPER hungry because you will eat. Stuffed and we haven't even hit desert yet.
