The Melting Pot Lyndhurst

It took hours for dinner. Cheese course, salad course and dessert course were amazing quality. The meat course none of us cared for. I felt bad for the waiter bc he was obviously pulled in many directions but we never got our waters refilled, and it definitely should not have taken hours. We were all very annoyed and it made for a bit so nice evening out. I get staffing shortages but we made a reservation and should have had a server for us. Don’t take walk ins if you don’t have the staff. Our bill for people was For that amount of money the service should be great

My husband and I used to go to the melting pot once a quarter before covid. We were excited to go for the first time in years. Besides the food, we always enjoyed the service. We were severely disappointed with the service on Saturday. They went from star service to star. The server didn’t greet us, have one word answers and never checked if we needed refills. When you’re paying for a meal, the service adds to the value. Im honestly not sure if we will be back to melting pot after the experience we had

Every time we’ve dined here we have loved it and last night was no different. Great service, fun and yummy food and you can never go wrong with the chocolate fondue (we did the s’mores)

It was very busy but staff was very welcoming. Frankie was our server, and he made our evening so nice. It was my son’s birthday, and he went above and beyond. Thank you Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
