The Mill - Tisch reservieren

While our room was changed to accommodate my friend that was prob the only positive we could say. On arrival we decided to use spa while waiting on our room. The pool was freezing(I do open sea swimming so that's saying something). The jacuzzi steps were very steep extremely hard to master even for myself who is quite fit extremely mobile. My friend unfortunately slipped while getting out hurting her knee no one even came over to assist or see if she was OK.restaurant staff abrupt when ordering evening meal. My meal was could bull the chicken was slightly pink at end both meats were cold. When asked if everything was OK I said no explained why all I got as a response was oh sorry to hear tha...

I didn't have an overnight stay but booked venue for reception after my mums cremation yesterday gir people. I have never seen such a skimpy, meagre spread for per head. It was scones and pastry as it was an am service. What was provided was worth about max. Guy pouring coffee def needed training as it was literally thrown into the cups. Didn't complain at time as we were too emotional but will get doing so. Could have taken all those attending elsewhere and had a great cooked breakfast for less. Also the scones weren't fresh. I am more than annoyed so will definitely be complaining .

Der Service war ausgezeichnet und das Essen war sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Die Live-Klaviermusik war eine nette Geste und sehr angenehm. Der einzige Kritikpunkt, den ich habe, ist, dass das allgemeine Dekor und die Möbel müde und veraltet aussahen. Die Beleuchtung im Restaurant war zu hell und dies beeinträchtigte das Ambiente. Trotzdem würde ich dieses Restaurant wegen des Essens und des großartigen Service empfehlen

Staff were lovely and food was very nice. Had booked an early check-in (for an extra only to arrive and find no room ready, or any record of my request, so ended up not been able to check-in until after the event I was attending. Then when I finally got to the room the carpet was dirty and one of the light fittings didn't work. Doesn't come close to star standard in my opinion.

Das Essen und der Service waren fantastisch. Das Restaurant war sehr voll, aber die Qualität des Service war großartig. Wir haben nicht lange auf Essen gewartet und die Kellner hatten immer ein Lächeln
