Wow, our Deans afternoon tea was amazing ! Fresh everything and tasted amazing . The quiche was warm as were the scones , our sandwiches were fresh and well filled . We had a choice of great untypical fillings for the sandwiches and we settled for egg mayonnaise for one and Stilton, cranberry and walnut for the other. Our coffees were also excellent . There was friendly , pleasant service too , we did luck out with the cathedral and restaurant being quiet Thanks for a lovely time x
Came upon this wee cafe by chance while visiting the Cathedral and we were certainly not disappointed by the delicious fresh food, which was like home made and very good value. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a nice day so we sat at the tables outside. Highly recommend.
This is a small restaurant which can be accessed via the cloisters of Gloucester Cathedral. The staff are very friendly and we have not seen so many filling choices for jacket potatoes or toastie sandwiches ever. The food was so well presented, tasty and fresh.
A very nice restaurant but the sandwich portions were SO large, it put me off to be honest. Luckily my husband helped me out. All very tasty but looking back we should have had one between the two of us Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Haven't been here for years. Still a great place for drinks and something to eat. Nice selection of cakes and friendly service from counter staff.

"Warm welcome. Sat by fire which was very cosy and comfortable. Subdued lighting and lovely staff made for a relaxing atmosphere. Excellent food fish chips and chicken pie served very hot. Couldn’t have been happier."
