The only reason I have written terrible as ther is nothing of a lower standard I went there today for lunch with my cousins for the first time ... and last time. My Cousin has intolerances and dislkies to certain food. Nothing major but this is very important! Itried to order her a Ham and cheese sandwich, but she asked for it to be toasted No we dont do taosted sandwiches. I went back to her, she asked if she could have a Tuna sandwich with no onion or sweetcorn no the mix is already made. I asked if the kitchen would be able to make one No I mentioned that by law the Tuna would be able to last 3 days and potentially added the onion and sweetcorn after. No they make it in the morning. I don’t often leave reviews for many things but I wanted to today as My Mum and I had the most amazing brunch in Ruxleys Winter pod earlier today. I had booked the brunch late on a Monday night for the Tuesday morning, the very next day. We turned up, all excited, and just as I was showing my booking to the lady, Fiona, I then realised that I had booked it for the following Tuesday. Baby brain!! Obviously totally my fault but Fiona was kind enough to ask her Manager if they were able to cater for us and they did. Delicious afternoon tea and fantastic service. Perfect for toddlers as they could move around as much as they liked without disturbing anyone else. The children’s afternoon tea was pretty special too. Nice selection. It was nice and warm in there as there was a little heater in there and Christmas music playing. The food was lovely with lots of variety and if you couldn’t finish it all, they gave you a little box to take it home. Unlimited tea which they were happy to top up regularly. Lovely afternoon.
Fresh, tasty afternoon tea, enjoyed in a heated, nicely decorated igloo. If I had one tiny negative comment, it would be that the sweet section outweighed the savory. Regardless, there was plenty there and 3 of the sweet elements came home in a takeaway box. Very pleased that the igloos are to remain so will definitely return

We had afternoon tea in their new igloos. Beautifully decorated, cosy and the food was delicious. We even had a bottle of fizz-a perfect treat to celebrate Christmas with our 3 month old. Service was great, Fiona was very attentive. Could not fault this.
Great igloo afternoon tea with a 9mo old baby and very active 3yo. Excellent service, great for kids as they could move around and we felt safe. Also the 4:15pm booking made it extra special as it got dark and the igloo felt extra festive.
Lovely igloos bit wet on the floor as had a lot of rain. Brunch was brought out cold uncovered in the open air, but was replaced with new plates once we let then know. Staff were very good and helpful.
This was amazing! The igloos were beautiful. The food was great. The staff worked very hard and were amazing. I would do this every year now. We were well looked after. Will definitely return again :

Had afternoon tea in a bubble which was excellent, plenty to eat and very tasty. Service was exemplary. Bubble was heated and Christmas songs being played. Great time had by all.
Food and service was lovely. Plenty on the plate and plenty of drinks to choose from. Will definitely recommend going and will be biking again
