if I gave the nelson a higher star rating. my partner and I were on Thursday for the night. the woman who greeted us in the morning of our arrival was very polite and helpful. she showed us in our room, answered our questions about the contrary, nothing was too much annoyed. the room was ready a few hours before check-in so we were able to use the room immediately. the rooms are beautifully decorated and very clean, the beds are super comfortable and it felt like home. we had booked in their restaurant, at the evening, the dame and gentleman who worked on this evening were incredibly friendly, polite and helpful. although they were busy, they still gave a personal service to make sure our fo...
We stayed here last week with our grandaughter and absolutely loved it !!!!! Room was beautiful and spotless, and the staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble !!!! Breakfast was excellent and the location was great. I cant rate this place enough and will be recommending to everyone. Thankyou to all at the Nelson for making our stay so lovely, will definately be returning
we were for a night on 29/04/18 this is not our first time and find this place a wonderful place to stay. from the moment we arrived when we were gone, we felt like a family. the employees were so friendly and fantastic in their job. eating in the restaurant was of such a high class and we will return. thanks to all in the nelson so pleasant for a birthday contract.
only spent the night here after she was a competion through facebook room was nice had a meal in the restaurant that we could not owe and breakfast was also very good with a selection of chalk obst and a dried breakfast. the staff was very nice and polite and helpful would recommend everyone to stay in nelson thanks for a great stay.
