Terrible Food Service Ordered meal and staff member taking order had to ask us to repeat everything twice as she could not take it in the first time we said it. Bench table seats are very tight, the table is too big for the seats. Meals eventually arrived took ages, there was no hollandaise sauce on my order, poached eggs were hard boiled, no fork wrapped up in serviette just a knife. Service is very underwhelming, even when I complained they did not seem very sorry. Eventually gave my money back for my meal but had to ask twice. Will never go back to this restaurant. Please sort out your staff and standard of meals that leave the kitchen.
I used to visit here once to twice per month. Yesterday was no queue although nearby cafe looked busy. Poor service, sadly the barista did not seem to know what he was doing. Could it be new owners? Final coffee tasted OK but 'large cup ' was much smaller than expected took the empty cup home and it measured 375ml way below what is normal. Something was wrong everyone has their bad days I hope they get their act together soon otherwise I won 't be going back.
Here now. I’m wondering if the team have just received some bad news. Not a smile in sight from any of them...no customer connection ..from placing my order, finding a seat, arrival of my brunch.. and a sense of having inconvenienced wait staff when I asked for salt and pepper.
I went to this cafe for lunch. The food was terrible and overpriced. Ordered a milkshake and it was tiny but tasted nice. Don’t get the garden burger. It tasted like eating raw dog food. The service was good and everyone was nice but the food was very bad.
