the load was empty and no waiting queue outside. we came and the employees were incredibly rude as if we were an inconvenience and not spending money. they had to make the atmosphere so hostile that we decided to go instead of asking for discounts for our children. I have reviewed this establishment elsewhere and the owners have taken the blame to honestly check and responded with excessive remarks. please avoid this business they are incredibly rude and the customer service is not available.
if you want to see that you are making ice right in front of her eyes, here is the place to go! on the day I went, very good 7/8 aromen vegan could be made. I had blueberries I've never seen as an ice cream flavor. it was a very subtle taste that my dad had about his, but it was very refreshing the experience was worth it. would definitely recommend to stop as fun place if they have children.
Great nitrogen ice-cream. I had vegan mint choc chip huge portion for £3.50. The other flavours available were espresso walnut (vegan and delicious), vegan strawberry, vegan Lotus Biscoff, Maltesers (non vegan) Didn't try any toppings as they looked a bit boring. We had to wait for a while as the shop was very busy. It's quite small but worth a visit!!
We got the vegan peanut butter and chocolate chip ice cream (made with a mix of coconut and soy milk). It tasted amazing and the portion was generous. I liked the idea that it was made with liquid nitrogen right in front of you. Other flavours that could be veganised included mango, cherry bakewell and some others.
Though it is pricey the ice cream is really well made and it’s so good! There are regular options of vegetarians but there are a lot of vegan options as well. They do coffee drinks and homemade soups and sourdough bread. Definitely would recommend!
Wow! This is a must for vegan ice cream lovers! They make it in front of you and it’s delicious! You can have 3 toppings too I think. The ladies working were helpful and friendly! I will be back with my kids next time
Ice-cream made to order. 4 of 5 vegan options when I went, I chose Cherry Bakewell flavour (there was also Oreo, Banana Chocolate, Peanut Butter Chocolate and another flavour or 2 that I can’t remember).
There weren't loads of options for vegans on the day I went, but the ones that were available were amazing. Thoroughly enjoyed my Biscoff ice cream with dark chocolate syrup and dark chocolate drops.
by far the best ice experience ever! such good vegan options and it is magical to see that the ice is made right in front of its own eyes. highly recommended! a journey to york only for her ice
