Went to the bar from previous reviews and wasn’t disappointed Lovely little place... top floor only open at the moment and very busy on a sunny day. They do take out beer and pizza if there isn’t room to sit.. we had a beer and waited just outside until a table became available, a lovely lady working there kept an eye on who was next waiting then called us over to offer us a seat Pizzas were really good Amazing setting when the sun is out and near the Sunborn Yatch about a 5m walk only open till 10pm though Will definitely return
I really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere at this bar, and we were fortunate enough to find a seat on a warm Saturday afternoon. It was wonderful to sit and watch the airplanes flying overhead from City airport, as well as the wakeboarders. We decided to order a pizza from the small kitchen on site, which was a bit pricey but very tasty. There's a unique little bar downstairs where the restrooms are located.
Had been looking forward to a trip to the Oiler Bar all evening. So disappointed to arrive dead on closing time, after waiting 15 minutes for the bill at the nearby Thai restaurant and be refused service. One might have considered a little compromise considering the circumstances. But hey, we had a nice beer and friendly service at the Heroica Lounge bus. Service with a genuine smile is always nice.
Oiler bar is wildly popular and it's clearly understandable! Such a great location at the end of the Victoria Dock with views across the water with views of the cable car, beach and swimmers and wakeboarders surrounding the vessel. The bar offers a great variety of craft beer and spirits at reasonable prices, the pizzas are also tasty and a great compliment to the beer on offer. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Really loved the ambience, friendly staff, a shame we missed the live music but the background music played was good. I would have preferred not to drink from a plastic cup and would urge moving to paper to be more environmentally friendly. thank you
So.good to be able to have a post swim pint and pizza again. Social distancing was impeccably observed and the staff were super attentive and managed the flow of folks excellently. Great fresh pizzas too !
Great for relaxing on any hot day. It's always a shame it's not open later in the evening. Always good quality beer and decent prices. Also doggos allowed which is great. Keep up the good work guys x
I stumbled upon this bar while staying at a nearby hotel. We were warmly greeted upon arrival. The drinks were good and the atmosphere was pleasant. I would certainly come back again. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
This restaurant is a fantastic location on the waterfront for drinks and food. The views are wonderful and the music selection is top-notch. Give it a try - you won't be let down.
