I have known this restaurant for many years, and I must say that its current incarnation is the best yet. The transformation is remarkable; the pub exudes a traditional atmosphere while also incorporating some contemporary style, offering guests a choice that suits their mood. My group enjoyed a classic dining experience, and we were not disappointed with the service or the food. The staff is abundant and well-trained, always focused on customer satisfaction. The quality of the food was excellent, and overall, the experience was outstanding. I only wish this place were on the Olive Branch; it would be perfect in Wimborne. On Father's Day, I went without a reservation and had to sit outside, but I found plenty of comfortable seating options. I was able to choose from the entire menu and probably enjoyed the best hamburger and fries I’ve had in years. The old inn is well-maintained and handled the busy day remarkably well.
