finally to lunch after the walk past the old ship inn on the way to and from the work every day and was pleasantly surprised. we have done nothing adventurous, both have opted for rindburger - simple, but good. on Saturday, early evening, for a quick drink and a bit nosh. excellent menu, the spicy black bean burger was great. friendly staff. great atmosphere and a good choice of music. only a pity boris and his project angst cronies have scared most people away. Come on, support these places or they'll disappear.
had a Sunday dinner here and it was really excellent. we had bark, lamb and nuts. all were beautiful cuts of meat with a good selection of veg and brilliant bratkartoffeln. only was that we didn't get enough of the tasty engraving. the house red wine is also very good:
