The Old Spaghetti Factory (west Edmonton Mall)

Visited from Brantford Ontario, went with my son and his fiance. It's a family tradition if there is a local factory we go. The Toronto location is much more ornate but for being in a mall they have beautiful touches of stained glass, crystal chandeliers and the old style wooden chairs our kids always remember.The food was excellent and they helped me with my dietary restrictions with no problem at all. We were seated in a timely manner, our waitress was very attentive and ensured we had all we needed without having to ask. We tried this Resturant for friends night gathering with 4 kids. The food and service was great, reasonably priced and portion of food were generous.Baked raviolis and meatball spaghetti were favourite as well kids drink and teas.Marshal was the rock star . He went beyond and above to ensure everyone have a fun night. And always ready to help us with any rush request.Great place with a great team. Highly recommended.

We stayed in Fantasyland Hotel. We had 11 hours drive and we’re tired. Didn’t have much appetite so we ordered three meals for four adults and two young ones(7 10) with sides and drinks.Food were ok but server were not busy but they didn’t come back to us for a moment while our forks and spoons had very thick grease on them. They didn’t come to clean the table and take the plates neither.

Amazing time at the Old Spaghetti Factory Edmonton. The service was great. Our server was kind, patient, and solid in her customer service. Those in charge of seating us were friendly and did their very best to accommodate our large number. In the end, we had to split up because it was a busy time that we went for supper. But they did their best. ?

Had a nice dinner with my sister and girlfriend, food was phenomenal and the service was even better. Sasha did an amazing job and I hope she finds a huge bonus in the near future. She left us a very nice receipt and was very friendly with all of us.
