Very disappointed in the service myself and my friends were given. We ordered via Just Eat and we have done so many times before with out problem. My friend ordered our food roughly at 6.30 and some of us hadn't food all day for certain...circumstances and was hoping our food would come on time or maybe even early, like it had in the past. The driver was late because he became lost but never ran to ask for directions until 15 minutes after the time given, we waited to hear from the driver later but we heard nothing from him so we decided to ring the restaurant it self they explained how they were going to contact the driver and ring us back once done. Don't get me wrong the food from this takeaway is great but time n time again they get the orders wrong. I don't expect to wait for an hour n half for delivery when I stay in the same village as the shop. I ordered...£40 worth of food and the doner pizza I ordered with extra cheese arrived with NO doner meat, how can you get that wrong!! U see the extra cheese but you don't see the doner meat unbelievable. This isn't the 1st time they've fecked up an order either. It's a shame because the foods really good but lack of attention to details is going to let this business down.I did get a refund but at the end of the day I'd rather just get what I ordered.
Ordered my food from here and waited on my delivery to be given the wrong order. 3 times the poor delivery driver who was getting all anxious had to come to my door because she was given the wrong food to bring. Not only does...this make the delivery drivers work harder but also makes the delivery driver feel incompetent there trying to earn a penny but with a takeaway place like that I’m glad I don’t work there The food looked like it was made yesterday. I certainly won’t be back
So disappointed. Warning to others in that the menu that states “rump steak” is in fact nothing like that. It is a cheap elongated burger and should be advertised as such. Chips were a mixture of reheats and raw chips and therefore disgusting Pizza crunch...was soggy and awful. It was certainly not a crunch in any way. Waiting 1 hour and 40 minutes for what was a really poor attempt for a meal is unacceptable I could go on but I won’t other than to say DO NOT GO THERE

if you call this place, it would be a compliment. imagine one of these back forest divers in an American horror movie of a crazy opa with a shredded and no teeth where the personal never comes from their own remote community, and the deep freezing is filled with random body parts and they come closer. I do not suggest that there are body parts in the deep-frozen chest in this device, but also I will not try to one of their donators.
Food was sublime, outstanding worthy of a 5 star restaurant other than 4 star restaurant. My new husband and I can't thank him enough for all the wonderful food we had experienced there and many thanks for our wedding breakfast. Everyone loved it in our...party. THANKS FOR A MEMORABLE TIME SPENT AT THE KEAVIL HOUSE HOTEL. And OMG if you get the chance try the Flat Iron Steak I highly recommend it. XXX
the eating was cold, chicken pakora was a reheating, veg pakora not cooked, raw in the middle. this place must try to stay at traditional chip shop once they get this right movement on what they currently offer in the menu and do it right....I will order again from here.
Never was a big pizza fan, but after I tried it from here, I'm a convert now. great customer service, I just called and collected, worked a delicious. Eat was ready when they said it was and still fresh and hot enough when I got. to house really nice friendly baptisms.

Waited 1hr 30mins for a delivery which is 5 mins from my home. When it arrived the pizza wasn’t cooked properly. Worst doner pizza I’ve had. Most of it went in the bin. Will never order from this place again.
after a long time it was possible to get a really fish and chips place and the spicy thunder meat was final. I recommend this place definitiw.
