I learned from their website that The Original Pancake House was founded in Portland, Oregon, in 1953, and this particular location must be 30-40 years old. The food was fantastic! We ordered French crepes and a breakfast burrito that came with an incredible mint salsa and a baked potato. My queen was truly satisfied, and I believe one should do everything possible to keep her happy—another pun intended!
The service was excellent as well. I also appreciated the graffiti on the restaurant's windows featuring images of Buzz Aldrin, George Washington, and Thomas Edison. I read those facts and realized they might not be entirely accurate, but it was amusing nonetheless. The restaurant is open...
This was my first experience with a Dutch baby, and it was fantastic! It was large, fluffy, with a crisp exterior and a soft center. If you try it, I recommend adding some fruit for extra flavor. Next time, I’m planning to try one of their specialty pancakes, but the Dutch baby is definitely worth a taste! The potatoes were delicious, and the eggs were your typical fare. It was a quiet visit, the service was friendly and attentive, and the menu offered a wide variety of options. Everything had a generous, home-cooked feel to it!
I had a wonderful brunch here with my friends! We really appreciated that it was a BYO venue, and we enjoyed making mimosas with orange juice. I highly recommend the cinnamon almond French toast; it was absolutely fantastic!
Great service and great breakfast any time of day. It sucks that the strip mall it's located in is almost all empty and looks like it's stuck in the 90s but that is no fault of this great establishment!

Visited for brunch after a wedding and the food was great and we didn't have to wait too long for it to come out of the kitchen. I would definitely come back and recommend it to others.
Awesome pancakes. Drove all the way from Brooklyn and wasn't disappointed. Will return a.s.a.p. So yummy!
