We ordered an omelet, blueberry pancakes, the Big Apple specialty, and some potato sides. Our server informed us in advance that the Big Apple would take 25 minutes to prepare, which we appreciated. We requested that the other dishes come out as they were ready, with the Big Apple served once it was finished. The blueberry pancakes, omelet, and sides of potatoes arrived first. The pancakes were soft, flavorful, and light—definitely not dense at all. The omelet was generously filled with breakfast meats and gouda cheese, making it very delicious. Crowded as usual but wait wasn't too long started with Lexus she was completely overwhelmed with tables FINALLY EL took our order never got drinks finally she realized we MIGHT be thirsty comp us our juice vegetarian omelet was overcooked HARD on the bottom but pancakes were delicious
The Apple Pancake is consistently delicious. I’ve been enjoying them for 46 years, and it's the only dish I order at The Original Pancake House. I've tasted them in three states: Michigan, Illinois, and Nevada.

We visited for a business meeting. The service was satisfactory, but the food was disappointing. Every dish was overcooked and served cold.
Consistently the best breakfast you'll find anywhere. You haven't experienced true breakfast until you've tried the Big Apple!
I'm not entirely sure what they use in their pancake batter but they are the best pancakes I've had anywhere.
