I am currently using the pavilion at Mark Center, and I must say, it is very nice and impeccably clean. I'm really pleased with the service here, especially from a young lady named Setayesh Qayumi. She has a wonderful way with people and provides excellent customer service. Whenever I need assistance from the leasing office, she is always there to help. I highly recommend this pavilion and would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Setayesh Qayumi. I give the service a perfect 5 out of 5 stars!

The woman at the front desk, named Seteyesh Qatumi, is extremely rude and unpleasant. She doesn’t allow anyone to enjoy themselves and is often complaining and dishonest. She raises her voice at us and doesn't make an effort to be understanding. She makes unfounded assumptions about us and appears to be discriminatory just by looking at us. Her rudeness extends to both adults and children. When I asked her if we could play here, she dismissed us, saying this isn’t a place for that.

Since I’ve been living here in April I have been coming to the gym more consistently than I never have and I feel great about. It’s not the biggest space but it’s also not the biggest crowd allowing me to do everything I need to in a day and the Manager Ms. Kim has created a layer back and easy environment for me to feel comfortable in.

I arrived at 1 PM on a Monday, and the door was locked. It would be helpful if you could at least put the correct hours on the door or send out an email—anything to keep customers informed. This isn’t the first time I've found the place locked when it was supposed to be open. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Good equipment and lounge area. They must turn on all TV monitors for the full gym experience. The pool is very nice. I must go more this summer. I have snorkeling gear to make it more exciting for me since I can't swim.
