This has been, without a doubt, the worst restaurant experience I've ever encountered! Upon entering, I was met with complete silence—no greeting, and I didn't receive any wait service, even after I specifically asked to place my order. A server did acknowledge my request for help, but they still never came over. I waited a bit longer without ever being given a menu! I honestly cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking to eat.
The service was definitely the highlight of my visit. However, I found it quite excessive to pay $8.25 for a pint of Modelo and $8 for a side of fries. In my opinion, the only factors that make this place worth checking out are its location and the quality of the service.
The staff is very friendly and attentive, the food is tasty, and the prices are fair for the area. The dining room can get quite noisy, which makes it a little challenging to have a conversation, but it's not a big problem overall.
