Be sure to request separate grilling or inform them that you are celiac. However, be aware that the BBQ sauce is not gluten-free, so if you order pulled pork, you'll need to skip the BBQ sauce. The service was impressive, with a perfect rating of 5, making the entire process smooth and efficient. The atmosphere, even for takeout, felt inviting and had a strong vibe, so I’d rate it a 4. Delicious!!! I absolutely loved this place!!! The manager informed us that we could enjoy nearly everything on the menu, except for the bread! They will gladly serve any sandwich on a bed of freshly cut fries. They are more than happy to customize anything you desire. The food was outstanding, and the service was fantastic. Just a heads-up, though—it is pretty indulgent!
You can have any menu item served over fries or mixed greens instead of in a wrap or bun, and the fries are completely gluten-free. All dressings and sauces from the menu are also 100% gluten-free! The food is excellent and safe for individuals with celiac disease. As others have mentioned, if you request fries from their dedicated fryer, you can enjoy nearly anything on the menu. My personal favorite is the garlic rosemary fries. Unfortunately, the chowder contains flour as a thickener, so that's not an option for those avoiding gluten.
I was thrilled to discover a restaurant in the middle of nowhere that caters to those with celiac disease. Our waiter, Dave, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I particularly enjoyed the selection of gluten-free ciders. Plus, the tortilla chips and fries are fried in a dedicated fryer using peanut oil.
