The staff at the restaurant hosted an afternoon tea to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The food was fantastic and the waitresses were very attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. We haven't even been home for an hour and we're already receiving texts from friends and family praising this hidden gem. Thank you to everyone involved in making our special day so memorable.
We went on a Sunday in January and it's obviously a quieter month. Because of this there was just homemade soup on the menu (delicious) and cakes. So go and try it everyone then we can have the full menu! The homemade cakes looked lovely, scones just out of the oven. Staff were extremely nice. Great place to take your dog, she was even given treats! Warm and cosy inside. Will be back!
Only called in for a coffee was but was sorely tempted by the delicious looking cakes. I noticed sandwiches being served and they looked so appetising that it took plenty of willpower to desist. The staff were friendly and efficient and knew just how I liked my coffee served. It was not Illy as advertised at the front of the nursery but a much more palatable variety.
The staff here are great, it's a really cute coffee shop. Good for afternoon tea, soup and a sandwich. Lots of freshly baked cakes, wonderful range of ice cream! I frequent this restaurant often as the food is always excellent. The breakfast and omelette are outstanding. The staff is friendly and there is a cozy indoor eating area where dogs are welcomed. Additionally, you can purchase eggs and homemade ice cream at the neighboring store.
What a delightful place! The homely food is fantastic and the prices are great, making it the perfect spot for a cozy lunch or afternoon tea. The surroundings are lovely and the staff is very friendly.
Words fail me Totally lovely corner of Vincents Garden Centre. Fab food, lovely atmosphere and four legged friends accommodated in special area with rugs and mats.
