Beautiful venue let down by the staff due to their utter lack of hospitality training. Unless you fit a very narrow criteria of cliental you will be treated with disdain. If you take your concerns direct to them they will ignore you, because that's how classy they really are underneath all the pomp and ceremony. Rooms: 5 Service: 1 Location: 5
